Hi, I’m Shana

Personal Assistant Mentor and Speaker.

I love what I do, and I am passionate about helping others succeed in their careers.
That is why I created a mentoring system designed to help you thrive in your role.

My approach is multi-faceted: together we explore your strengths, identify areas for growth, and uncover what truly helps you excel. As a natural career strategist, I guide you to work with your strengths so that you can flourish with confidence in what you do.

I believe that everyone is capable of learning. Everyone learns differently, absorbs information differently, processes information in their own unique way. Sometimes, we expect the individual to change when instead, it is the learning system that should.

My approach

I know how important mentorship is in an Administrative Professional’s career.  It helps to have someone to talk to, who understands the unique challenges and goals that an Administrative role brings with it.

I also understand that everyone’s learning style is unique, that we all absorb and process information differently and that each person learns at their own pace.

My mentoring approach is individual-driven and curated for the unique landscape of the Administrative work environment. It is a bespoke system designed with you, the Professional, in mind.

Mission

I’ve built my career on the ethos of sharing what I know. Passionate about uplifting and inspiring others through knowledge transfer and practical training, I am deeply committed to helping the Administrative Profession by mentoring, coaching and upskilling.

After two decades in a dynamic and highly successful career, I’ve learnt the kind of practical, real-world lessons that truly shape a successful career path. Those insights are the heart of my mentoring system, created with you in mind. It is a bespoke approach designed for Administrative Professionals, by an Administrative Professional, with the aim of sharing the guidance, confidence, and tools I wish I had when I had started my own career journey.

Growth philosophy

I see the parallel between plants and the human ability to learn. Each plant needs its own environment to thrive. All plants are different, yet still beautiful in their own unique and wonderful way.

One plant might need more water, another might need more sun. There is nothing wrong with either plant; they just thrive differently. When they receive the nourishment they need, they are able to bloom.
I believe that we learn and take in information much like plants.
The environment surrounding it is pivotal to the plant’s success and its ability to thrive and grow.
If we give a plant the right soil, sunlight and water, it will bloom on its own and in its own special way.
